Residents of Rzeszow in fear. Someone is secretly recording young women. "I can no longer remain silent"

The residents of Rzeszów were gripped by fear. All because of a suspicious man who is supposed to be causing concern with his behavior. On the local Facebook group "Mieszkańcy Rzeszowa" there was a post from an outraged resident who described the strange behavior.

"I'm writing this post because I can no longer remain silent. In Rzeszów - mainly in Galeria Rzeszów - there is a man who is behaving very strangely, disturbingly and downright dangerously. This man is recording women - usually young girls - without any consent and sharing these recordings on the internet. He doesn't do it by accident. The recordings are made secretly, often in a very uncomfortable way, as if he was deliberately trying to capture something he absolutely shouldn't," describes a resident of Rzeszów.

As he emphasizes, this is not the end of the man's disturbing behavior. He is also said to have thrown condoms at playgrounds, posted videos online showing his fly, described himself as a Satanist and walked around the city with his face painted green. In his opinion, all of this "raises huge doubts about his mental health and possible dangerous tendencies."

"I don't want to judge anyone without evidence, but this man's behavior raises strong suspicions that he may be a threat, especially to girls and young women. This is not normal. This is not a freak - this may be someone who needs help, but above all someone who can hurt another person. That is why I appeal to everyone - women, parents, guardians, as well as Galeria Rzeszów security and local services - be vigilant," the man wrote.

He added photos of the suspect and screenshots of the content he published to his post. However, the post was edited after some time. Its author reported that the man he described had most likely deleted his social media accounts. In the comments, other residents of Rzeszów describe how the same man once accosted them on the bus or published videos in which he drinks his own urine.

Residents are appealing to people who have unpleasant experiences with this person to report to the police. The local portal Rzeszow24.info asked the city police for a comment on the matter, but so far the officers have not responded whether any reports have been received regarding the man or whether the police are dealing with the case.
